We cordially invite members of the Secular Franciscan Order to a day of study.
This will be our first study day, and the subject is the body of Christ.
The day has been designed to offer three glimpses of the body of Christ for Franciscans. There will be three speakers for the day, and all will end their session with a prayer experience.
Sister Meg Holden, S.F.P. will lead a session on the San Damiano Cross. Bro. Tom Barton, OSF, Mount Alvernia staff, will study the Christ of the passion, with a particular emphasis on devotion to the humanity of Jesus. She will describe her new and exciting retreat program for women who are ex-offenders.
